Question.
How would you react, when someone doesn’t get where you’re coming from, in terms of your fitness level & what you’re trying to achieve, and simply says you’re not doing enough, or losing the weight fast enough?
Edit: What if that ‘someone’ were a family member, close relative, parents.. someone you looked up to?
